Ford Blue Advantage – Blue Upgrade Plans provides mechanical coverage on Ford vehicles (Lincoln excluded) and any remaining base warranty coverage.
Ford vehicle owners have the option to upgrade their Ford Blue Advantage 3-month/4,000 mile limited warranty component coverage to one of the following:

The options for the deductible can vary to suit your needs as well. The standard Ford Blue Advantage deductible is $100, and we also have optional choices of $50, $200, and Disappearing. Please note that the Ford vehicle battery warranties come with an 8-year/100,000-mile manufacturer warranty and are not covered under any Protect Plan.
A unique feature only available on Ford Protect PremiumCARE extended service plan members is coverage for the Ford Blue Advantage program, which includes repairing or replacing LED and HID lamp assembly. Not to mention covering all incandescent and halogen bulb replacements.
The technology in today’s keys/ key fobs makes it expensive and time-consuming to source the parts to replace the fob system. Your Ford Protect Key Services option allows you some peace of mind knowing the Ford Protect plan will replace or reprogram your key(s) and fob(s) if they are misplaced or damaged and will not work. This is covered and an expected expense in our service plans.
