I had a great experience, customer service was excellent from start to finish. I was in a tough situation and needed a vehicle today not tomorrow, and they were able to help me get back on the road quick fast. The process was fast, straightforward, and they treated me with respect the entire time. What stood out most was how reasonable they were and how willing they were to work with me to find a solution that fit my needs. Professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about helping customers and their employees.

This is my first experience with planet. Customer service was amazing. Location was not so great due to the construction and the very tight service area. I would definitely recommend this location though.

Love this service center ..I’ve been coming hear for over 10years..always great service and follow through..the service department is top notch

The service was quick to look at my vehicle and fixed the issue. However, I had difficulty getting in contact with anyone actual human and was transferred to what sounded like an AI phone assistant several times before finally getting in contact with an actual person. I was also disappointed that I was charged a large amount of money for an issue with my car that wasn’t my fault.

Went in for an oil change and vehicle check up. They were up front and very hospitable. He told me it was a 90 minute wait and offered a ride. I didn’t need it and the wait time was 80 minutes. I was very satisfied with the work. I will be back.

I flew in from Houston to purchase a truck from Plant Ford Dallas after being told the vehicle could be Ford Gold Certified. Unfortunately, after I arrived, the dealership discovered they were unable to Gold Certify the truck. It turned out they had never encountered this situation before and genuinely believed it could be done when we discussed it beforehand. Naturally, I was disappointed after making the trip, and the situation became a bit heated at first. I asked to speak with the GSM, who took the time to listen to my concerns and work toward a fair resolution. While I wasn't able to purchase the truck, the dealership stepped up, treated me fairly, compensated me for the inconvenience, and even arranged an Uber ride home. Although the deal didn't work out, I appreciate how management handled the situation once they understood the issue. Mistakes happen, and what matters is how a business responds. Plant Ford Dallas made a genuine effort to make things right, and because of that, I would gladly work with them again in the future if they get another truck that fits what I'm looking for.

Communication was great got my car serviced in the same day they did offer me a Lyft home but I had a ride overall great customer service

I recently accompanied my sister on a mission to buy a new car. She was interested in a wrangler initially.... but after being dismissed by the 1st dealership we visited we decided to pivot and check out Broncos at Planet Ford instead. So glad we did! We were immediately greeted by Joe D'Angelo, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from the start. He took the time to show us exactly what we wanted to see and helped us understand the differences between the various Bronco models without making us feel pressured. We were on a tight schedule and had to leave for another appointment, so we told Joe we'd come back the next day. He was completely understanding and never came across as pushy or impatient, which was a refreshing change from some of the experiences we've had elsewhere. When we returned, he already had the Bronco we were most interested in pulled up and ready for us to test drive. Throughout the entire process, Joe was honest, upfront about pricing, and genuinely focused on helping us make the right decision. Everyone else we worked with at Planet Ford took great care of us as well and made the experience smooth from start to finish. I couldn't recommend Joe and the Planet Ford team more! I contacted Planet Ford Dallas to see if they could help me with a service issue involving my brand-new 2026 Ford Escape, and I was connected with John Green. From the moment we spoke, he was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. I explained the issues I was having with my vehicle and my concern about needing a loaner car if the repair required my vehicle to stay in the shop for more than a couple of days. John took the time to explain their current loaner vehicle process and timelines and advised me that bringing my vehicle in sooner rather than later would give me the best chance of getting assistance. What stood out most was that John was willing to help me even though I did not purchase my vehicle from Planet Ford. Several other Ford dealerships I contacted were unwilling to work with me regarding a loaner vehicle because I wasn't their customer. Even the dealership where I purchased my vehicle could not provide a timeline and only offered transportation home. John's customer service over the phone was outstanding. He was transparent, understanding, and genuinely interested in helping me find a solution. Experiences like this make a huge difference, and honestly, they make me wish I had purchased my vehicle from Planet Ford in the first place.

Excellent service and repair. Our Service Manager Liban provided continuous updates. I liked the fact that we were always able to contact him if we had questions. Our truck is running great now.

The Service is amazing. I’ve purchased a few Fords in other dealerships, and the Service is nowhere compared. Not only from the Sales to the Service and accounting Personnel they are all amazing. By the way, getting an oil change at the dealership, is a lot cheaper than anywhere else and I found that out because of planet Ford. Ask for Raya at service she is amazing!!

I recently purchased a vehicle with Joe D’Angelo at Planet Ford in Dallas and the process could not have been better. We worked out all the numbers prior to my arrival and after driving the vehicle I was in and out in 20 minutes. They worked hard to get the best value for my trade and the lowest interest rate. The car buying process can be a miserable experience and I had my reservations about this, but the exceeded all of my expectations.

Had another great experience at Planet Ford this weekend. I brought my daughter in to upgrade her current vehicle. The sales representative was top notch, friendly and very patient. When it’s time to upgrade my vehicle, I will only go to Planet Ford on Inwood.

Had a difficult problem to solve. Ended up being an electrical wiring issue. Colton did a great job keeping me informed.

Julio and the entire team did a fantastic job. From the initial negotiations to the handoff to finance, it was the best car-buying experience I’ve had — and I’ve bought many cars over the past four decades. Scott, Julio’s manager, Carlos in finance, and Pierre in client services were all excellent. After we landed on a fair price, I mentioned I needed to be in and out in under an hour for another appointment. They completed everything in less than 40 minutes. I don’t write many reviews unless the experience is truly exceptional. This one was.

Great customer service would definitely recommend

I had a wonderful service experience at planet Ford in Dallas. I was traveling from out of state and had an issue with ignition coils. Fortunately it was under warranty and they took care of it very quickly. They also took care of an outstanding recall item that had been waiting for a part for over a year. Shawn was a great service advisor and I would recommend him highly.

Chad was phenomenal, he made sure I knew everything that was going on with my vehicle and kept me informed on every step of the way.

I took my pickup truck in for a routine maintenance and service visit, and everything from drop-off to pickup went very smoothly. Ms Raya was extremely helpful, kept me updated on the progress, and coordinated both the drop-off and pickup efficiently. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. I would definitely return to this place for future maintenance visits or if I have any issues down the road.

Best experience getting the Bronco I wanted and all the customizations! Limon took care of us throughout the sale, and Alfonso took care of us for all the customizing. Just had to take it in for a recall and a couple little things, and had the best customer service again from both of them. Alfonso went above and beyond to take care of us, and they have definitely earned my recommendation and repeat business when the time comes!
