One of the few dealers that wont penalize you for paying cash or NOT financing a vehicle from them. We had multiple big name high volume dealers in DFW refuse to deal with us or want to add all the factory rebates back to the sale price once they figured out we were not financing from them. Planet Ford stayed true to their advertised sale price. Angel was super easy to deal with. We've bought multiple vehicles over the years, this was one of if not our best experience to date. We will be returning customers.

Hard to reach. Phone rings many times for service department before someone answers.. took 3 days for a door latch recall. they did not even begin work until the 3rd day.
Had a great experience with the service department. My service advisor was extremely attentive and communicative. Had a complex mechanical issue that needed to be fixed and they worked hard to fix it right. Very happy!
