When Ford reintroduced the Ford Bronco in 2021, it became an instant hit with serious off-road enthusiasts. The Bronco offers as much, if not more, off-road capability than the Jeep Wrangler, but with a much more refined ride on the road. Here at Planet Ford Dallas, Texas, we introduce you to the latest Bronco model. Discover the exciting updates on the 2025 Bronco and see what’s changed from 2024. Uncover new features and enhancements that will make you eager to drive and take on tougher adventures on the trails.
For 2025, Ford has revised the Bronco model lineup. The Black Diamond, Everglades, Wildtrak, and Heritage Limited Edition trims have been discontinued. The Base model has been reintroduced, and a new Bronco Stroppe Edition features a unique tri-color livery in tribute to the Stroppe Baja racers of the 1960s and 70s. You can choose the 2025 Ford Bronco in Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Heritage Edition, Badlands, Stroppe Edition, and Raptor trim levels.
The Big Bend trim is now available with a Free Wheeling package with 1970s-inspired multi-color stripes, unique upholstery, and black-painted 17-inch alloy wheels with all-terrain tires. You can also opt for the Black Diamond package, which includes heavy-duty bumpers, additional skid plates, rock rails, an electronic locking rear differential, and a seven-mode G.O.A.T. (goes over any type of terrain) terrain management system.
As well as the changes to the trim levels, the 2025 Ford Bronco changes also include some upgraded technology. The 2024 model featured an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, while the 2025 model has a striking 12-inch gauge cluster. It sits alongside the 12-inch Sync 4 infotainment system touchscreen to put all the information and controls you need within easy reach.
The 2025 Ford Bronco configurations include two- and four-door models and removable hard- and soft-tops. The doors are also removable for true open-air freedom on the trails. Here, we look at the 2025 Bronco trim levels.
On the Base trim, you’ll find LED headlights, 16-inch steel wheels, heated power mirrors, rear privacy glass, and a rear swing gate. The stylish cabin features cloth upholstery, push-button start, a 12-inch digital instrument display, a tilt and telescoping steering column, and ambient footwell lighting. You also get a 12-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless smartphone integration, a seven-speaker sound system, and a terrain management system with five G.O.A.T. modes.
The Bronco Big Bend adds 17-inch aluminum wheels, intelligent access, remote start, heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, navigation, and an AC power outlet.
Go with the Outer Banks for extra luxury features like LED signature lighting, LED fog lights, 18-inch wheels, side steps, and body-color fender flares, mirrors, and door handles. Inside, it has leather-trimmed upholstery, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel.
For a stylish retro look, the Heritage Edition has a white grille, hard top, and wheels, unique fenders and bumpers, heritage graphics, and special plaid cloth upholstery. It also has more off-road capability with the Sasquatch Package, which gives you lifted suspension, skid plates, electronically locking front and rear differentials, and 17-inch wheels with 35-inch mud-terrain tires.
The Badlands trim has the Big Bend’s equipment plus heavy-duty bumpers, full underbody skid plates, rock rails, upgraded suspension, a seven-mode G.O.A.T. system, and 17-inch wheels with 33-inch all-terrain tires. Inside, you’ll find hard-wearing marine-grade vinyl upholstery for when the going gets dirty.
The Stroppe Edition celebrates the Bronco’s Baja racing heritage and features special graphics and unique exterior and interior trim. It offers the Sasquatch Package and upgraded tech such as a 10-speaker B&O audio system, a wireless smartphone charger, and a 360-degree camera system.
For the ultimate off-road capability, the Raptor gets the contents of the Sasquatch Package, along with FOX shocks, a heavy-duty rear axle, a disconnecting front stabilizer bar, heavy-duty steel bash plates, and 17-inch wheels with 37-inch all-terrain tires.
All Broncos come standard with four-wheel drive. Base power for the 2025 Ford Bronco comes from a turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine delivering 300 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque. It can be paired with a seven-speed manual transmission or a 10-speed automatic.
Standard in the Stroppe Edition and available for other trims is a twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V-6 that delivers 330 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque via a 10-speed automatic transmission. Under the Bronco Raptor’s hood is a 3.0-liter V-6 twin-turbo that makes 418 horsepower and 440 lb-ft.
The 2024 Ford Bronco lineup differed from the 2025 model year, with the Big Bend serving as the entry-level trim. Here are the starting Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the equivalent models from both years:
